What is Day of Gal?

We are a partial coordination company. We don't do 'full planning' (we won't be at your dress fitting, or your meeting with the florist), and we don't do 'month of' or 'day of' (we won't swoop in at the last minute and try to make sense of what you've put together). We are the answer to a happy medium in between these options. An option we feel is most needed for our clients. 

So, that means as soon as you sign with Day of Gal we are your coach, your project manager, your sage....from that day, all the way to your wedding day. We have a cloud based 'homework' system where we set you up for a successful planning process, and we can take a peek at your progress at any time. With our homework you won't miss a thing, drop the ball, or have anything fall through the cracks. You'll still be in control of hiring all your own vendors, your budget, etc. We will provide you with our list of favorite vendors to fill in any gaps. We will be there for your walk thru at your venue, we will go through your timeline line by line with you, we will coordinate all your vendors approx. one-two weeks out, we will run your rehearsal, and your big day and ensure all those special moments happen within your venue rental. All the while answering any questions you may have, and pointing you in the right direction. We know some of this is still not exactly 'tangible' to many clients, and hard to wrap one's head around - so please feel free to ask us any questions regarding our package.


Can I just have Day-of Coordination?

We created our one super star package to best fit the needs of all weddings, no matter the shape or size. Our package is not available to break up/piecemeal as we feel it opens the door to precious items falling through the cracks. With the Day of Gal package you would still be choosing all your own vendors, negotiating your contracts, handling the design, planning and communication. We have a cloud-based system where we set you up with all the right tools to keep you on track throughout the process. We are here to give advice should you need it and guide you along the way. Closer to your date we take over communication with your vendors to assure a smooth day. 


Can I customize your package?

We know a lot of this is hard to wrap your head around. After logging as many weddings as we have, we came to the conclusion that regardless of how many vendors, how traditional or nontraditional the event is or how many guests you have, the same basic needs need to be met by your coordinator - Trust us on this one! (It's also why venues require someone like us!).

Reducing or piecemealing what the package contains, compromises our ability to provide comprehensive coordination on your day. (Psst, trust us again- you don't want that!!)


What is included in your package price?

Some key components of our package include: your Lead GAL, (1) Assistant GAL on the day-of your event, running your rehearsal, client meetings, organizational tools, vendor communications, and a venue walk through. Can you coordinate my non-wedding event?

Absolutely! Bridal showers, bridal luncheons, rehearsal dinners, day after brunches, baby showers, birthday parties, anniversary parties, parties just because…we can help coordinate any event you desire! Just ask us for pricing and more details.
